Does my parent need to sign up or use the app?
No. GuardianBrief is built entirely for the adult child. You set everything up, run the evaluations, and forward the briefings. Your parent never needs to create an account or touch the app.
What does ‘unlimited evaluations’ mean in practice?
It means there’s no cap. You can paste in as many suspicious messages, emails, or call descriptions as you want — whether that’s one a month or ten in a day. We’ll evaluate every one.
Do you use my conversations or my parent’s information to train AI?
Never. The content you submit for evaluation and your parent’s profile information are used solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train any AI model. Full stop.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no forms, no phone calls, no runaround. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don’t do partial refunds, but we also don’t lock you in.
